To set alerts to yourself if someone comments on your blog you just need to
1. Go to your blogger.com
2. Log in with your gmail details
3. Click on manage setting on the dashboard
4. Click on settings tab
5.Click on Comments tab
6 Scroll to the bottom of the page and then type you email address in the Comments notification email box
I'm not sure if it is blog etiquette to respond to comments individually or post to your blog?

Thanks for that. Can't say there's a lot of traffic on my site yet - but when it happens I'll be ready!
Does this alert you of what you've posted on the others' blogsite? and not the other way around? I have a feeling you'd need to enter all the team members' email address in order to have the alert sent to you when others have posted a comment on your blog (?) It only allows 10 email addresses.
