Alerts
I just realised that you can set up alerts which go to your email when someone comments on your blog. This makes it a lot easier to respond to issues and feedback on a blog which you set up around a particular issue or specifically to gather feeedback. We could easily incorporate a blog into one of the ways SLNSW clients could comment on their satisfaction with services. Has anyone used a blog to provide feedback on a service they have used?

Alerts sound like a good idea but I am not sure how to do that?
I have never used a blog to provide feedback on a product or service but think it's a great idea.
How? Did you set it up on the blogsite, or at the gmail account? Another thing that I have realised is that to keep track of all the comments and discussion threads, it would probably be better to have one large blog, instead of each individual ones, but then, we probably don't learn as much...
